Terms of Service

1. Purpose

These terms govern the provision of services offered by Bloq Web Studio (hereinafter, "the provider"): website design and development, landing pages, online catalogs/stores, local SEO optimization, website maintenance and related services. They apply to any quote accepted by the client, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.

2. Hiring process

After the first contact (via WhatsApp, email or form), the provider draws up a tailored quote covering the project's scope, timeline and price. The project is considered formally commissioned once the client expressly accepts the quote (in writing, by email or WhatsApp) and, where applicable, pays the agreed deposit.

3. Price and payment terms

Any rate, price or price range that may appear on the website (for example, on the services page) is purely indicative and does not constitute a binding offer or a closed quote. The final price of each project is determined individually after the first contact with the client, based on the scope, requirements and specifics of the job, and may differ from the figures published.

• The project price is the one stated in the quote accepted by the client.
• Unless otherwise agreed, a 50% deposit is requested when the job is confirmed, with the remainder due before the site goes live or the final files are delivered.
• Recurring maintenance or support services are billed on a quarterly basis.
• Unless stated otherwise, prices do not include the cost of domain, hosting or third-party licenses required for the project.

4. Delivery times

The delivery time is stated as an estimate in the quote and depends on the project's scope and on the client providing content on time (text, images, access credentials, etc.). Delays in the client's delivery of these materials may adjust the delivery time proportionally.

5. Client obligations

The client agrees to provide, within reasonable timeframes, the content, images, text, access credentials and other information needed to develop the project, and to review and respond to the provider's proposals with the diligence needed to avoid delaying the project. The client guarantees that they hold the necessary rights to the content they provide (text, images, logos, trademarks).

6. Revisions and changes

The project includes as many design revision rounds as necessary until it is completed and approved by the client. Once the project is considered finished and paid in full, any additional change will be treated as a new job and quoted separately.

7. Intellectual property of the project

Once the full project price has been paid, the client acquires usage rights over the design and code specifically developed for their website. Bloq Web Studio reserves the right to showcase the project in its portfolio for commercial purposes, unless an express confidentiality agreement states otherwise. Any third-party components, libraries or templates used are governed by their own licenses.

8. Domain and hosting

Unless otherwise agreed, the domain and hosting are registered in the client's name, who is responsible for renewing them. If the provider manages these services on the client's behalf, this will be stated in the quote, along with the corresponding cost.

9. Warranty and post-delivery support

After delivery, the provider offers a 30-day period of free correction for errors or technical issues attributable to the development work. For an error to be covered by this warranty, the client must report and describe it within that period; issues not specified during the warranty period, content changes, new features, and issues arising from modifications made by the client or third parties are not included.

10. Cancellation

If the client cancels the project once it has started, the provider is entitled to invoice for the work already carried out up to that point, as well as to retain the deposit paid as a service reservation fee, unless the cancellation is due to a breach by the provider.

11. Limitation of liability

The provider is responsible for properly carrying out the service as agreed, but does not guarantee specific business results (number of visits, customers or sales), as these depend on factors beyond its control. The provider is not responsible for content published by the client on their website once it has been delivered.

12. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information they access in connection with the project.

13. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties shall submit to the courts and tribunals that correspond under applicable regulations, without prejudice to any jurisdiction that may apply to consumers.
