Bloq Web Studio

Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 5, 2026

1. Data controller

Full registration details of the controller (identity, tax ID and address) are available on request via the contact email.

2. What data we collect

Bloq Web Studio has no forms that send data to its own server. When you get in touch through the WhatsApp buttons or the email link on this site, the only data we receive is what you voluntarily choose to share in that conversation: typically your name, phone number or email, and the message you send us.

The forms that appear inside the demo pages (appointments, quotes, orders, etc.) are visual simulations: they do not send information to any server, and no data entered into them is stored.

3. Purposes of processing

4. Legal basis

The legal basis for processing your data is your consent, freely given when you start a conversation with us via WhatsApp or email, or when you accept a quote (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

5. Data retention

We retain contact data for as long as the business relationship or conversation lasts, and afterward for the periods legally required (for example, tax and commercial regulations require certain documentation to be kept for several years). Once those periods have elapsed, the data is deleted or anonymized.

6. Recipients and data processors

We do not share your data with third parties except where legally required. To provide the service, we use technology providers (for example, WhatsApp/Meta for messaging) that act as data processors or as independent controllers under their own policies.

7. Cookies

This site and its demo pages use first-party and third-party cookies. You can check which cookies are used, for what purpose and how to disable them in our Cookie Policy.

8. Third-party services

Google MapsMaps embedded on demo pages
YouTubeVideos embedded on demo pages

These services may involve transferring your IP address to servers outside the European Economic Area, in accordance with each provider's privacy policy and the safeguards (standard contractual clauses or others) they offer.

9. Data security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data we process (for example, encrypted communications via HTTPS) and to prevent its alteration, loss or unauthorized access.

10. Minors

This site is not directed at minors under 14. We do not knowingly collect data from minors without the consent of their parents or legal guardians.

11. Automated decisions

No automated decisions are made, nor are profiles created that produce legal effects on users.

12. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to bloqwebstudio@gmail.com, stating which right you wish to exercise and attaching a copy of a document proving your identity. You can also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es) if you believe the processing does not comply with regulations.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy to adapt it to legislative changes or to our services. The date of the last update appears at the top of this document.
